LinkNow Media COVID– 19 Update

We moved quickly and early. On Thursday, March 12, before the government could force us to shut our doors, we decided to move our 180 employees to work from home. Our foresight, recent technology upgrades, and our tech team allowed for the seamless transition of the entire company to work remotely. This move was vital to keeping our staff employed, our customers live, and workflow steady.

Many of our clients have experienced some downtime but have used this opportunity to make updates to their site. Our team has seen a drastic increase in call volume and change requests. To date, even with the increased work volume, our team has upheld our dedication to maintaining our service level and industry-leading turnaround time. I am proud to say we have not missed a beat, and our team is delivering faster service than ever while maintaining our focus on quality.

I want to thank our staff for their perseverance and effort and our clients for their continued support. We are wishing everyone health, safety, and a quick return to business during this unprecedented time.
