From Montreal to New York City
On their way to SMX East
This week, Andrew and Eve of LinkNow Media are attending SMX East 2016 in New York. SMX East is the world’s largest search engine marketing conference and expo.
They're there to pick up the latest information from the world's leading experts in the industry so they can bring it back home and put it to work for our customers. Senior people from Google and the world's biggest online marketing firms will be giving talks throughout the three day conference, and we're expecting to put the new insights Andrew and Eve take from the conference to work when they get back.
The Conference - Day 1
Here's what they checked out the first day
The focus of the talks they attended on the first day was on Google's latest update, "Possum," and the huge effect it's had on local organic search rankings. They came away with a bunch of tips and tricks that should help our clients thrive in the new and everchanging search ecosystem.
New York
But of course, a trip to New York wouldn't be complete without hitting up some of the world's best restaurants, and Eve and Andrew wanted to make sure the rest of us know what we're missing. The pictures they're sending us have my mouth watering.

Day 2
Another day at SMX East 2016, another series of exciting and informative talks, and another batch of pictures. It looks like they're learning a lot!
They also threw in another photo from a restaurant. I have no idea what this is, but it looks fancy and I'm envious.

And they're still finding time to see the sites and eat some great looking food.
