I thought I would take a moment to describe some of my experiences with your company who I hired to do create my website: www.naturopathicphysician.co. As I stated earlier, I did have a good contact with your sales representative with the exception of the development process and cost misunderstanding. She was pleasant, friendly and not pressuring me, which I hate. Secondly, I had several lengthy telephone calls with Greg Hall which were very friendly, supportive and professional. Greg did not ever try to rush me and took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with your company and all the questions I needed to talk with him about. Even in one call which I was confrontational, he remained calm and didn’t bit back, which was very professional which I did appreciate very much. For a little comparison, I was recently ‘mocked’ in talking with Go Daddy because I mentioned what a great job the Canadians were doing for me on my website with the comment: “Maybe you should get the Canadians to sell you an cell phone, etc. This associate kept it going until I confronted him when he stated he was just making fun. Not funny!
Marc Pilon and Ken Hyler have been very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive, both doing an excellent job for us. I really appreciate the high level of integrity and very ‘personal’ professionalism I have experienced working with these two gentleman. Kindness, politeness and genuine caring, and highly skilled support for our website was outstanding.
Mackenzie Samson took extra time with me because of my concern with the keywords with our business. Mackenzie is another one of your very friendly, professionally supportive staff members who worked with me on what I believe to be a very important issue for our website success. Jordan Roherty stands high on the list as well working to make sure the website transfer is successfully done and in a timely manner.
The only aspect I found a little confusing was the keyword contact setup I had with Emily. The conversations were friendly and professional, but very short leaving me with more questions with no time to talk. Emily has a wealth of information on the keyword hits and I wish I had more time to talk with her before making such quick, but very important decisions. Mackenzie did come to my assistance with this area of concern. But to be honest, I still feel a little unsteady in this area because I’m not 100 percent convinced I’ve chosen the hardest hitting keywords to achieve the best results on Google.
Overall, everyone I have worked with speaks richly of the level of service you provide for your customers. Honestly, if this is what life is like in Canada, my husband as said and I have thought the same: “May we should move to Canada.” I know that may sound a bit ludicrous, but you probably are not aware of just how much this country has changed at so many levels including customer care and public relations and work ethics overall.
Congratulations Wesley, for directing a company that leaves me with sadness saying goodbye to the professionals I have worked with in the last month or so. I believe you’re doing an extraordinary job in providing high quality of service at all levels of your organization. I understand your spouse also works at LINKNOWMEDIA.COM and she is to be recognized as well for her efforts in working as a team with you to develop such an impressive company.
