LinkNow®Media will not make any attempt to identify Users according to their browsing activity through such records.
LinkNow®Media may, from time to time, share Personal Information with third parties that we engage to provide services on our behalf ("Service Providers"), such as payment processing, web design and technical support. We will share with such Service Providers only the Personal Information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose or service for which the Service Provider is engaged. In certain cases, these Service Providers may be located outside the province of Quebec, potentially subjecting Personal Information to different legal regimes. LinkNow®Media retains personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is authorized or required by the Laws or legislation applicable to LinkNow®Media or its professionals, including those of professional orders. The personal information we hold may be held or transferred outside the province of Quebec, including in countries other than Canada and whose rules regarding the protection of personal information differ from those of Quebec and Canada.
